Please be aware that, as of Tuesday, November 12th, we are currently experiencing shipping delays on all parcels due to an ongoing postal service strike. 1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
    We use reputable couriers to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping service. Please allow up to 60 business days for international deliveries.

  • International Shipping & Customs Requirements:
    Customers outside of Canada should be aware that international shipments may incur additional fees and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by location. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all customs, duties, and tax requirements for their respective countries. aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. is not liable for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

    • Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any specific information required by customs authorities, such as full name and contact details.

    • In the event a package is returned to aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. due to customs issues or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reattempt delivery.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Total shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, any reshipping costs will be billed to the customer.

  • Non-Delivery & Lost Packages:
    aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or held in customs if the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but the customer claims non-receipt, aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

2. Returns Policy

  • All Sales are Final:
    We stand behind the quality and uniqueness of our products. Given the nature of our digital collectibles and merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt. We will work diligently to resolve any issues.

  • Customs Fees & Import Taxes:
    Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary depending on the country and are outside of aKIDcalledBEAST Inc's. control. aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. will declare the full value of each item in accordance with international shipping laws.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to incomplete address information will be returned to aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. at the customer’s expense.

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional fees associated with re-shipping the package.

5. Shipping Times & Delays

  • Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on the destination and shipping method. aKIDcalledBEAST Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers should allow for up to 90 business days for international deliveries, depending on their location.
