• We sell both digital collectibles and physical goods.

• Intellectual property clarifications can be found on the a KID called BEAST Hub after wallet connection.

• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

• All blockchain transactions follow Ethereum network rules.

• While we strive to accurately recreate the likeness of digital collectibles in physical form, slight variations in fonts, colors, sizing, and overall appearance of physical goods may occur.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

• If a refund is requested due to an error on your end (such as failing to apply a discount coupon), a 15% restocking and transaction fee (charged in USD) will apply.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

• Refund requests must be submitted within the timelines specified at checkout or in product descriptions.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by the refund and return policies listed here, including the 15% processing fee (in USD).

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting our customer service team is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks will be contested and disputed with full supporting evidence, including order confirmations, shipping logs, and communications.

• Customers who initiate chargebacks without legitimate grounds may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from future purchases.

• You may not use digital assets or physical goods for illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
