Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before completing your order.


1. General Policy

  • All sales are considered final unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and must comply with the rules set out below.

  • This policy applies to both digital collectibles and physical goods sold through a KID called BEAST Inc.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive your product.

  • You received an incorrect or defective product (must provide photo evidence).

  • You cancel your order before it has shipped.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Discount or coupon codes not applied correctly at checkout.

  • Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

  • Orders already marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


3. Processing Fees

  • If a refund is granted due to customer error (such as failing to apply a coupon code or incorrect order details), a 15% restocking and transaction fee (charged in USD) will be deducted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return under the guidelines below.

  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • If eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is proven defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of this policy.

  • We will dispute all unauthorized chargebacks with full evidence, including invoices, order confirmations, and shipping logs.

  • Customers who repeatedly file disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases.


7. Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved, but may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
